About the Artist

Sergey Krotov was born in 1981 in an ordinary Russian family, far from art, and began to be interested in painting at the age of 27. He did not receive a specialized art education. Everything he came to, he achieved solely through his own research.

During his artistic career, Sergey Krotov participated in numerous group exhibitions in Russia, Great Britain, France, Italy, Spain and Finland. Many works have found their buyers in many countries. At the same time, Sergey continues to call himself an Amateur in painting, primarily because he really loves his long-term hobby and tries to pay as much attention to it as he can.

Since 2022, Sergey Krotov, his wife and four children have been living and working in Montenegro, admiring the incredible nature of the country and depicting it in numerous landscapes.
